This fitness class combines the best features of tennis with cardiovascular exercise, delivering the ultimate, full body, calorie burning aerobic workout.
Most women can burn 300 to 500 calories per hour and men burn between 500 and 1000. Not only are you getting a great workout, but you are also training for tennis.
The sessions are high energy throughout, designed to burn calories and tone all key muscle groups whilst honing your tennis skills. You are taught by LTA Cardio qualified instructors who create new programs every week, as your fitness develops so do the ‘Cardio Bursts’… Are you up to the challenge?
I love tennis but it doesn’t always raise my heart rate enough. This was exactly what I needed to kick start my new exercise regime: Dave kept us on our toes the whole time. A fun workout on a beautiful morning with a nice bunch of ladies. Bring it on!
An hour of energetic and enjoyable running, drills and trying to hit a ball. Perfect outdoor exercise
Dave and the lads kept us on our toes for the whole session. We hardly had time to feel puffed and by the end everyone was really revved and ready to keep going! A great way to burn calories and have lots of fun!
